Athena Blue Global worked closely with Sanofi to identify what a flexible new way of working meant for them, from development of workplace protocols to the intent of how spaces were used and the behaviours required to support flexible work practices. All the while ensuring people felt supported throughout the change process with regular touchpoints to obtain feedback and share information. This culminated in a COVID safe welcome and induction experience at the opening of Sanofi’s new Australia and New Zealand Head Office.
Early engagement in the transformation of the Head Office and ongoing collaboration with Sanofi’s change champions and project team allowed Athena Blue Global to implement a successful workplace transformation, supporting flexibility, diversity and inclusion.
