Greg Morrison
- Managing Director
Greg brings over 20 years of experience in Project Management and leadership on successful projects completed around the world. He has worked for large retailers and tech companies managing individual flagship projects and teams of project managers with a portfolio of $1B. He has lived and worked in Australia, China and the United States as well as managed teams and projects in 20+ countries in all regions around the world.
Greg’s philosophy for management is a client first mentality – collaborating early and often and driving consultants and contractors to ensure the project vision is delivered.
Rowan Hamman
- Director
Commercial property experience since 1998, on a wide variety of projects in over 20 countries.
Rich experience has allowed in-depth involvement with some of the world’s biggest organisations, shaping their property strategy through understanding the role it plays in business strategy and bottom line performance.
Passion for organisational strategy and culture allows close engagement with business leaders. Brings a wealth of knowledge for any client wanting to lead their industry.
Annabel Khoo

Over 10 years experience in property and design, across commercial, educational, government and health sectors.
Passionate about creating engaging workplaces that are tailored to each organisation’s aspirations and business requirements.
Combines workplace strategy expertise with a keen understanding of space, design and change management, for a valuable perspective on how workplaces can support each organisation, both now and in the future.
Danny Faczek

Over 10 years of experience within Real Estate project management, in all regions throughout the North America. With an expertise in managing a variety of project types, from corporate interior, secured testing facilities, industrial, institutional, and restaurant build outs; total over a million square feet. His passion for efficiency, and dedication to the client’s needs have strengthened his keen sense for effective project scheduling & budgeting.

With over 13 years of expertise in delivering client-side project management services, Hayden steers our clients’ projects towards success, ensuring seamless coordination and delivering results that go above and beyond. This comprehensive knowledge has seen her skilfully navigate many organisations strategic briefing processes, and translate the key insights into implementable, evidence-based solutions.
As a Green Star Accredited Professional, she develops tailored sustainability & wellbeing strategy to cultivate equitable workplaces full of resilient, engaged, and productive employees.
Peter Coman
Over 15 years industry experience specialising in AV technology for workplace and government sectors. Worked across multiple local and global landmark projects, while leading multi-disciplinary consultancy teams.
Leverages on comprehensive project management experience, and understanding of contractor and client perspectives to optimise performance, strategy, design and project delivery. Passionate about enhancing user experiences through technology.
Julie Chau

Tabitha McCallum

Tabitha has over 20 years of project management related experience, including new build and renovation of existing corporate offices for high profile clients and institutional sectors. Accustomed to a changing, fast-paced environment, she can manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently ranging in size from $20K – $38M. Tabitha’s empathetic and engaging manger, exceptional judgement, and personal integrity results in easy connection resulting in genuine relationships and successful deliver of projects.
Roger Martinez

Roger brings over 10 years of experience in both the construction and the architectural fields across the United States. He has experience in managing projects from their conceptual stages all through the final stages of buildout completion.
His dedication and passion are bound to leave a lasting and positive impact on clients and all involved partners. In his downtime, Roger enjoys playing basketball, going to the museums with his wife and two young sons, and occasionally drawing away in his sketch pad.
