Greg Morrison

Greg brings over 20 years of experience in Project Management and leadership on successful projects completed around the world. He has worked for large retailers and tech companies managing individual flagship projects and teams of project managers with a portfolio of $1B. He has lived and worked in Australia, China and the United States as well as managed teams and projects in 20+ countries in all regions around the world.

Greg’s philosophy for management is a client first mentality – collaborating early and often and driving consultants and contractors to ensure the project vision is delivered. 

Rowan Hamman

Commercial property experience since 1998, on a wide variety of projects in over 20 countries.

Rich experience has allowed in-depth involvement with some of the world’s biggest organisations, shaping their property strategy through understanding the role it plays in business strategy and bottom line performance.

Passion for organisational strategy and culture allows close engagement with business leaders. Brings a wealth of knowledge for any client wanting to lead their industry.

Annabel Khoo

Over 10 years experience in property and design, across commercial, educational, government and health sectors.

Passionate about creating engaging workplaces that are tailored to each organisation’s aspirations and business requirements.

Combines workplace strategy expertise with a keen understanding of space, design and change management, for a valuable perspective on how workplaces can support each organisation, both now and in the future.

Greg Parsonson

With over 15 years’ experience in Sales, Client Relations & Project Management, Greg brings an amplitude of strategic direction and insights.

As CRO, Greg is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue across all channels. He oversee sales, marketing, and customer success, aligning efforts to drive growth and profitability.

Greg analyses market trends, identifies new opportunities, and builds strong relationships with clients to enhance revenue streams through collaborating with the executive team to shape the company’s overall strategy.

Gemma Montanaro

With a passion for creating and strengthening client experiences through building a deep understanding of customer needs, Gemma brings a fresh perspective to our team.

Equipped with a strong background of 7 years across workplace strategy, commercial interior design, and business development management, she is committed to delivering exceptional results in the workplace and change industry for our clients.

Hayden Kegg

With over 13 years of expertise in delivering client-side project management services, Hayden steers our clients’ projects towards success, ensuring seamless coordination and delivering results that go above and beyond. His commitment to excellence shines through his ability to not just meet but exceed client expectations. From meticulous program and financial management to a deep understanding of contracts and construction, Hayden brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.

Romel Ragasa

Romel has spent the past 10 years deepening his experience in architecture, construction management, owner’s representation and project management. Project typology includes; Design of Interior Commercial Space, Full project lifecycle management from design inception to occupancy, Construction supervision in the field as a superintendent, Phased commercial interior projects in occupied spaces, Infrastructure and mission-critical spaces, Class A Office Interior Fit outs & Feasibility Studies.

Julie Chluda

With over 20 years of experience in retail construction, Julie has worked for two global companies where she successfully delivered projects ranging from new store concepts, flagship remodels, reductions, and remodels of all sizes across the US and Canada.  She has proven success in her ability to lead a team of construction project managers, business partners and vendors to deliver projects, achieve goals and key metrics, while maintaining an open collaborative culture.

Her passion for this industry is clear, as is her passion for travel, the Cleveland Browns and live music!

Audrey de Filippis

Audrey has collaborated with international brands on an extensive portfolio of award-winning hotels and hospitality venues around the globe. Her input has spanned from visioning & briefing, hotel feasibility & planning, brand strategy, guest experience design, architectural design, and hospitality interiors.

Her background in design and business drives her strategic approach to the creation of thoughtful and innovative guest experiences aligned with commercial objectives which emphasise a balance between placemaking and the brand.

Michelle Viret

Over 17 years property and design experience leading internationally awarded projects across Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. This comprehensive knowledge has seen her skilfully navigate many organisations strategic briefing processes, and translate the key insights into implementable, evidence-based solutions.

As a Green Star Accredited Professional, she develops tailored sustainability & wellbeing strategy to cultivate equitable workplaces full of resilient, engaged, and productive employees.

Christian Pistauer

Christian brings a strong focus on the client briefing process and new ways of working, with extensive experience in translating business strategies into high performing and exciting workplaces.​

Commercial property experience since 1999 and worked across Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Has acquired key insights and in-depth knowledge in developing tailored Workplace Strategy and Change Management solutions, from extensive experience working with local to global organisations across multiple industries.

Over 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, specialising in B2B commercial property markets.

Focused on elevating brand experiences and generating qualitative leads through captivating storytelling and creation of bespoke customer journeys, via digital and traditional channels.

Combines knowledge on human connections and behaviours to create valued experiences for decision makers and their people.

Tabitha McCallum

Tabitha has over 20 years of project management related experience, including new build and renovation of existing corporate offices for high profile clients and institutional sectors. Accustomed to a changing, fast-paced environment, she can manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently ranging in size from $20K – $38M. Tabitha’s empathetic and engaging manger, exceptional judgement, and personal integrity results in easy connection resulting in genuine relationships and successful deliver of projects.

Julie Chau

Julie brings 8+ years of experience in project design and design management, successfully completing interior projects across the United States. She has managed workplace design for architectural firms and tech companies, overseeing teams of internal program leads and external partners, and spaces ranging from a C-suite office to 2000,000sf building.

She leads design and project management with a collaborative approach, crafting thoughtful, intentional results to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.

Roger Martinez

Roger brings over 10 years of experience in both the construction and the architectural fields across the United States. He has experience in managing projects from their conceptual stages all through the final stages of buildout completion.

His dedication and passion are bound to leave a lasting and positive impact on clients and all involved partners. In his downtime, Roger enjoys playing basketball, going to the museums with his wife and two young sons, and occasionally drawing away in his sketch pad.


Moe Abu Zahra

Moe is a qualified Civil Engineer, Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has spent the past 12 years developing his expertise in project planning, project controls, procurement, risk management and preparation of contract conditions and tenders.

Max Ochoa

With 15 years of experience in retail construction, Max has worked for two international companies where he gained valuable insights and expertise in managing diverse projects. He has successfully overseen the construction of flagship stores in strategic high-profile locations, achieving significant milestones; he is proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously, including new store build outs, remodels, relocations, and rollouts.

Known for his commitment to cultivating strong client and vendor relations, he understands the importance of effective communication and collaboration in delivering successful outcomes.

Nandini Katragadda
